A Practice Built Around Estate Planning

Moses Estate Planning is a small firm with a narrow focus. Travor Moses opened the practice to help families avoid probate and protect the assets they have spent a lifetime building, and that is still the whole of the work: wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, asset protection, business formation, and probate for families who need help after a loss.

Travor has been a practicing estate planning attorney since 2009. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, then earned his Masters of Law (LL.M.) in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law. Before opening the firm he served as General Counsel for large Los Angeles businesses and franchisees, which gives him a practical understanding of how personal and business assets intersect.

Because the firm is small, you work with the attorney directly. Travor handles the planning and the drafting himself. Cassandra and Olivia manage the coordination behind each engagement, so you always know where your documents stand and who to call with a question.

Drafting documents Your estate plan is drafted with precision. You review everything before signing.
Review and sign We walk through the documents together and sign, leaving you with a complete, valid estate plan.

Travor is admitted to practice in Idaho, California, and Florida. The firm keeps offices in Coeur d'Alene and Santa Monica, and consultations are available in person at either office or remotely by phone or video.
