Founder, Moses Estate Planning, PLLC

I am the proud founder and owner of Moses Estate Planning. I have been practicing estate planning law since 2009. I graduated Cum Laude from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and later earned my Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law.

My practice focuses on helping individuals and families protect their assets and avoid probate through comprehensive estate planning, including revocable living trusts, business entity formation, and domestic and offshore asset protection strategies. In addition to my estate planning background, I have served as General Counsel for large Los Angeles-based businesses and franchise groups, giving me extensive experience in both legal and business planning.

With a strong understanding of the connection between business and estate planning, I am dedicated to providing thoughtful, strategic guidance tailored to each client's unique goals and needs.

Outside of the office, I regularly enjoy the perks of living in North Idaho by fishing, backpacking, mountain biking, and snowboarding. As a proud father of two sons, I personally understand the importance of thoughtful planning and am passionate about helping families protect their future with confidence.
